Requirements are:
Minimum age 8 weeks
Clean and Healthy Puppy
Ziplock bag of food, preferably the kind with the little slide to zip it back up, the others are very hard to get zipped back up.
Current Health Cert. fully filled out, this means the full address and the date of birth [not just the age] on the health cert. both parties phone #. Please have all this filled out before we meet, it saves me doing it when we meet and that really slows me down.
Email me all the contact info on yourself and your buyer, along with all the puppy info, this can also be called in, but I prefer an email on this.
Breed, Sex, Color and D.O.B.
Up to date on all Meds. and Vaccinations.
I can only take the puppy and it's paper work, no extra items, I just don't have the space for it and it gets in my way on the trip.
PLEASE don't try to send a puppy with me that has been exposed to any illnesses, Parvo, Kennel Cough, Ect.
